Is there any simple desktop blogging/wiki software around?

I just want to organize my own personal notes along the blogging/wiki style with no intention for web publishing!

you could use xampp, install wordpress with a wiki ad on and run it on your pc's local host. Just a thought.

I already have that for online blogs, but was looking more for a simple windows database type program with built-in blog/wiki cross-linking!
