If you did mean 'webmasters' when you said users , then why do 'webmasters' need "the ability to search yahoo , google and youtube at the same time"

So far the only webmasters that has had any gain or loss out of it is UW and he lost bandwidth. That is not an outcome he desired.

if you really want i can take out the "top picture" on my test script if it makes you feel better but to be honest its not going to make a difference, that version i posted was just to showcase how it works so unless google is typing in its own searches it wont get found. I cant make the rest of the internet comply but i can pass along your worries to the few people that have the script..

Some friendly advice though. lots of people are using these api's as they are handed out by se's for webmasters to use these results on their own site. so its kind of silly to be worried about the guys on the end of the chain.. your much better off getting your content takes off the se's by using the appropriate bots text as mentioned earlier

go look it up .. maybe you dont understand the concept of what a search engine is , i dont have the time to teach you the basics of the internet son.

The script is a search engine script that crawls and databases images and videos whats so fucking hard to understand.

I made it so WEBMASTERS could allow SURFERS to find images and pictures using the search engine..

much like how when you go to msn images its the same as yahoo images

Then you use that traffic to sell to other programs not associated with the orignal owners of the content.

Infact theres a nice little tutorial i wrote on there (gfy ) right now on how to build a nice anti-hotlinking script for videos to make webmasters money. Videos arent quite as easy to block using .htaccess as media player does not pass along the same info as abrowser. using my script you can detect and avoid with numerous methods.

And there is a HUGE difference between hotlinking/displaying an image & linking to it - hotlinking/displaying an image means it's showing up on your website/URL. Linking to it go to the other person's website/URL.

I should mention that the test script both in the cache and in the url mentioned earlier are bare bones template so its meant to be set into a design and features. so your kind of seeing a car with the frame.. and no shell .

Just for the confusions sake i have removed the "top feature" of the example script , and i wil let othrs know of your concerns who have purchased the script. but i cant force anyone to do anything

I give plenty of places 'permsission' to use my name, trademark, copyrighted materials. Your script takes all these things from a secondary source and uses them without permission... as I have said over and over again.. that is an infringement.

first off the traffic could be from anywhere so its not "nasty shit traffic" its a search engine.. the traffic is from wherever the script owner sent to the page if at all ( in this case none at all as its just a test version )

secondly the "shit backlink" remark.. your open to your own opinion but if we are talking se its a relevent backlink froma relevent page with relevent content . so if thats "shit backlink" then so is google except worse because you dont get credit for their links.
