Anybody from ccBill who can help me...
Just wondering if there is anybody from ccBill around that can help me with a missing check situation. I have a check that I have not received from you in about 3 months. I have gotten ever other one before and after. I have called twice to find out if it had cleared your bank, so I can determine if it was stolen from my mailbox or whether it is just ineptness on the post office, so I can determine whether a stop payment needs to be placed and the check reissued. I don't exactly want to have to pay a $20 stop payment fee if I don't have to, but I think after 3 months it probably isn't going to show up.
Anyways... the first time I was told that they would check with the accounting department and forward me the info. The second time I was told the accounting department would contact me directly. I have not heard back on either! |

Our accounting department is not currently in the office on the weekends, but we should be able to get this issue moving forward for you. |

When you get through to ccbill, just ask them to put you through to Sean in accounting. He's quick and responsive :-)

i am not calling them no way, for some reason i could suddenly be logged in their site all day, he normally after some minutes you have to log in again, lol their stats site blocked while loading but i could stay in alllllllllllllllll day:D then i got blocked again, i gave up, i am just gonna fuck around to get my info, i got blocked today with my ip if i wanted to log in thru ccbill site, but i did manage to log in thru stats remote, well it keeps me going :D everyday it will be different to see my stats or linkcodes:D

I have that same ip blocked problem at the moment so I went to the site to try and find an email for support... I can't find it. Stu have you got the email addy you use to contact them?

Thanks Stu, support@ duh.. I guess I couldve just tried that.
I just started using Unified Stats so is it just people who use these stats programs that get locked out? I think if thats the case I will take it out of there and check cc manually. |
