Anybody from ccBill who can help me...

Just wondering if there is anybody from ccBill around that can help me with a missing check situation. I have a check that I have not received from you in about 3 months. I have gotten ever other one before and after. I have called twice to find out if it had cleared your bank, so I can determine if it was stolen from my mailbox or whether it is just ineptness on the post office, so I can determine whether a stop payment needs to be placed and the check reissued. I don't exactly want to have to pay a $20 stop payment fee if I don't have to, but I think after 3 months it probably isn't going to show up.
Anyways... the first time I was told that they would check with the accounting department and forward me the info. The second time I was told the accounting department would contact me directly. I have not heard back on either!

Please give as a call at our client line, 1-800-510-2859, with your client account information and we will track down this information for you the best we can. Our accounting department is not currently in the office on the weekends, but we should be able to get this issue moving forward for you.

James... I have called twice already over about a 3 week period of time. I had hoped that would be sufficient time for someone to get back to me. I keep being told that they will either email me or call me back, but neither has happened. I am fixing to be out of town for about 9 weeks starting next weekend, so I had hoped to get this resolved before then because I will have limited communications abilities during that time

i am not calling them no way, for some reason i could suddenly be logged in their site all day, he normally after some minutes you have to log in again, lol their stats site blocked while loading but i could stay in alllllllllllllllll day then i got blocked again, i gave up, i am just gonna fuck around to get my info, i got blocked today with my ip if i wanted to log in thru ccbill site, but i did manage to log in thru stats remote, well it keeps me going everyday it will be different to see my stats or linkcodes

I have that same ip blocked problem at the moment so I went to the site to try and find an email for support... I can't find it. Stu have you got the email addy you use to contact them?

hya nat, its support at ccbill.com my problem is now stats remote shows red dot behind ccbill so its not getting the stats info, but if i click the link in statsremote of ccbill i get in the accound..normally log in grin i get blocked again....ccbill is sooooo funny...NOT

I called the other day and within 15 minutes, it was unlocked....... for the day.

Now it seems to be locked again.

I guess I have to call CCBill every time I want to check my stats online.

Hi Dr.Bizzaro

I do have the same only way around was for me to not go via statsremote link into ccbill. Then it works always. Exept you just login at the same time as statsremote does.

Thanks Stu, support@ duh.. I guess I couldve just tried that.
I just started using Unified Stats so is it just people who use these stats programs that get locked out? I think if thats the case I will take it out of there and check cc manually.

Ive had the same problem with Unified Stats myself. I quit using it to check CCBill.
