I don't see anything fundamentaly wrong at first sight.
A few things that maybe could be better:
- You're relying mostly on banners to get the surfer to the paysite. You should try using more textlinks, but don't make them blind links. A good textlink will have a much higher clickthrough ratio than most banners.
- Try using tables with fixed sizes, now you're using which looks way stretched on a bigger screen resolution

You might want to alt tag the pics and add a little more descriptive text. The conventional wisdon is the FS is going to serve you a little better in the search engines than galleries typically do. Ditto on the more and better text links and you could text your 2257 link instead of making it live..

Some linklists have a rule about a maximum of 3 lines of linked text. Even if they don't have that rule some will decline for it anyway.

So I'd unlink some of that text.
