I was wondering if it's OK to put a framed page on an outgoing sponsor link. I want to be able to sell more and keep the user as long as possible, so my idea to do it was to link to use an user...

I just took down www.drfatt.com and www.dickorlovsky.com - two blogs. I had a few free sites hosted there... Not much, probably not more than 4-5. Just wanted to give you a heads up that they're gone...
