Apart from not conforming to the "standard" freesite layout (Index/main/2 gallery pages), you have too many sponsor links on each page. Most LLs only allow 3. Some LLs also have rules against too...

Just wait until the traffic dwindles (check your stats). I normally keep mine up for 2-3 weeks. PK has very good traffic, at only 2 sites/month she's easily in my top 3.

Your LL looks good. Looks like it has all the basics, but as far as I can tell your script doesn't generate static pages, so you might find it hard getting descent PR with the SEs.
