It is not always bad to be hijacked, if it is accidental and not malicious. About a year ago a huge pile of my pages were "hijacked" by a top list script (Yahoo listed the toplist redirect page instead of mine). But the toplist webmaster was a better SE guru than me, his pages got better ranking, so I got more hits to those pages. And as the only thing I really wanted was clicks on my sponsor's banners (and those existed on the "hijacked" page as well) I was quids in. I ended up submitting most of my low traffic sites to this guy's toplists.
