Crap!
One of the side effects I have expericned since I have been working out daily is I am waking up at 7:00am to 7:30am.... Why in the world would anyone want to be awake that early? I'm still staying up until 2am so I am just getting less sleep now.
Anyway, more of the same today, some work, some house work, working out, some James Bond on SPIKE, and then some NCAA Football.
