Crap!

One of the side effects I have expericned since I have been working out daily is I am waking up at 7:00am to 7:30am.... Why in the world would anyone want to be awake that early? I'm still staying up until 2am so I am just getting less sleep now.

Anyway, more of the same today, some work, some house work, working out, some James Bond on SPIKE, and then some NCAA Football.

Good morning and a great new day - up at 4 as always and work is done so I can get ready for getting on the road Sunday - long road trip to Vegas as usual

I woke up with a pounding headache, which is probably due to the lack of caffeine in my system or the few glasses of Heineken I had as a snack before bedtime. Coffee is a' brewing, so hopefully devil bean addiction will be the cure.
