Is someone dishonest?
I do not submit my sites/galleries to people who are ripping off other people's sites (domain name, site design, etc) but on the other hand I don't want to unjustly dump someone unless they really are dishonest.
I have just looked at a link list and the "exit" link runs to AFF via a javascript dialogue box (not good, but not something I would dump them for). However the text on the dialogue box says "This file was not retrieved by Teleport Pro, because it is addressed on a domain or path outside the boundaries set for its Starting Address. Do you want to open it from the server?"
Teleport Pro is a sort of gofer and site grabber program, it's sales spiel says (among other things) that it will "Download all or part of a website to your computer, enabling you to browse the site directly from your hard disk at much greater speeds than if you were to browse the site online. Create an exact duplicate, or mirror of a website, complete with subdirectory structure and all required files."
From this it appears to me that the webmaster has simply used Teleport Pro to steal someone else's web page, made a few changes, and uploaded it to their own server. Do you think I am correct, or is there an innocent explanation for this message?
