Really need more info than that. It could be lots of things, low on power, loose (or broken) cable, dead HD, etc, etc. Can you post more details.
When you say "i cn fell it running" do you mean you touched it while it was running? You were earthed to prevent static weren't you? If you are poking about inside the computer without earthing yourself (eg by wiring yourself to a water pipe) you have probably killed the hard drive, and possibly other stuff inside your computer.
