1. When you say "this is for sites that are developed" do you mean you are selling them including the business? If so Sedo are no good for that they are only interested in the domain itself. (eBay used to be the best for selling businesses, but not recently, it may just be a seasonal thing, but I have had bugger all luck selling websites on eBay recently).

2. If you want "most exposure" then Sedo are the best. But "most exposure" does NOT mean "quickest sale" or "highest price", I am told Sedo are not good for either of those. Their sales method are not very newbie friendly, and they do not give out info on 'minimum offer prices', both of which put off a lot of perspective buyers. Also I have heard people complain that the wording of their "your bid is below the minimum offer price" is badly worded and gives the impression that they are sneering at your low offer, and a lot of people are too embarrassed to bid on anything they offer ever again.

I should point out that although I can vouch for the description I gave of Sedo (not newbie friendly, do not give out minimum offer prices, and the "not reached minimum offer price" email could appear as though they are sneering at your offer), I am going by what people have said to me, and what I have read on other boards, for what I say about the outcome of this (not a lot of bidders leading to lower final prices and too many unsold domains). Personally, I have never bought via Sedo because I have always found that their sellers have ridiculously high minimum offer prices, and what they sellare selling is never worth what they want for it (but this does not mean that I never will, if I find a domain I desperately want).
