A domain is worth exactly what someone will pay for it. So the value depends on what those two words are, and who you know who is interested in buying. For example, if you have amateur-sex.com, you might get a fortune if you know two or three newbie webmasters who want to run amateur sites and get them bidding against each other, but if you tried to sell it on the spam board here I doubt if you would even get an offer. The only accurate advance value you can put on any domain name is "somewhere between ten cents and a billion dollars".
However if it already has traffic coming into it, that will make a difference.
