Actually I think the opposite, I think prices are about to tumble, wait a while before you buy (in the unlikely event you are considering doing so). In fact before Christmas house prices had dipped (very) slightly over here.
Although, of course, if you are buying in $US and the dollar continues to fall, you will get even less ŁUK for your $US, so prices will appear to go up to Americans.
