Well - I've trying to cut out as much dairy, cheese, oils, hydrogenated fats and alcohol as possible.

Lots of fresh veges, fruit and grilled fish.

I found out yesterday that eating celery actually takes more energy out of your body than it gives - so if anyone's looking for a legal way of cheating - there you go

Exercise is on the up as well - I need a routine though
