Copying free sites that are already listed at LL's shouldn't be a problem, like you say, their recip is already there.
If you take submissions, don't wait till you have x number of sites, go ahead and list them as you get them. Webmasters will appreciate that.
I started out listing only free sites but now take gallery pages and pic posts from those here at the board. Your call on what you want to list.

Thanks for the input, but I am curious as to why the best advice would be to not do anything? Better than creating another Tube Site or TGP no? I think Link Lists serve the AW fairer than TGP's or Tubes do.
