Max Cash Followed by someone with a name beginning with U (Ultimate, Ultra, or something) who went to the wall about the turn of the century.
I never liked the U one much because all their links went to a page that immediately re-directed, making it difficult for an ignorant sponsor to get back to my page (hit "back" once and you went to the redirect page, which threw you back on the sponsor's site). Back then most link lists banned opening sponsors in a new window (still, years later, have no idea why) so there was no way round this.
Currently still finding old Max Cash links on my older sites that need deleting!
