Just an update -
Apparently I was sent an email informing me that the account for these guys was closed and not to cash the check but rather to wait for a newly issued one, I presume from another account.
The check was dated 27/2/03
Email supposedly sent 17/3/03
So of course, I'd already deposited the money. /mad/
I'm waiting to hear back to see if they will cover the $30 costs I've incurred alongside sending a new check.
Jeez! some people.
