Not the best way to start the day but better than giving up and staying in bed. Actually managed to do 15 minutes on the recombinant bike in addition to the resistant weight machines which is a record for me since my leg messed up again. Don't care for stationary bikes but I'm still not able to do the treadmill for more than a few minutes at a time.
Going grocery shopping once we are both recovered from the gym and then we are doing the
Wilton Manors loop in our tandem kayak with a friend this afternoon. Our friend is taking his slowest kayak since our tandem is like paddling a brick.
