Saturday 28th June - And I Can Hear My Arteries Hardening.

Last night I got paid for a job, and treated myself to a big steak, about twice the size of my usual steak.

This morning I had a fried breakfast, fried in the fat that came out of the steak the night before. Fried egg, bacon, sausage, and black pudding (which is basically oatmeal soaked in pig's blood, with added pig fat, then fried).

Last time I had my heart checked it was about the only strong organ in my body, however many more meals like that and it won't be!
