I have not yet tested it as I am about to go out, but today's Free Give Away Of The Day is a cross browser/cross platform compatibility checker, and link checker.

Do note that it is free today only (14th July) if you don't download and install it today, they will want money for it!

Microsoft has a free editor: https://code.visualstudio.com/

and also u can get Visual Studio Community Edition for free..
