CCbill interface problems ?

I am having problems there: 403 Forbidden ? Anyone else have similar problems ?

i dont know if they are tracking sales, i see 0 but 500+ clicks???

not good. ccbill stuff promote usually converts around 1:100 +/- so i think sales are being lost, don't know
