My ongoing power problems

Our power guys showed up this morning to replace our bad transformer. We shut everything down just to be safe. And since the transformer could easily be seen from my office window, I had to watch.

The old one came down on a strap without incident. But, then came the new one. It probably got about 10-15 feet off the truck and the strap slipped off the transformer. It landed on the roof of the truck

I so much wanted to run out and yell, "better call homeowners".

Anyway, we now have a nice new dented transformer on the pole. Fingers are crossed.
