Court Grants Rehearing in 2257 Case

Looks like they are going to try rolling the dice after all rather than let the ruling stand.

The 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has granted the federal government's request for a rehearing on the 2257 federal record-keeping law struck down as unconstitutional by a 6th Circuit panel last October.

I think this was expected - it'll be interesting to see how this round goes.

If Clinton gets elected I wonder if she'll try to suppress the industry? Maybe.

Unless a lot of money changes hands and some judges get rich this should go like all of the other 2257 hearings.

What a waste of time and taxpayer money.
