How to activate my Webcam?
I just received a new Toshiba Sattelite laptop. Whenever I want to take a picture for msn or something, instead of my webcam showing whatever it needs to, it shows a picture of a sunset. The blue light at the top is on though beside the webcam. I went to Device Manager, but it said that the device works properly. what am I supposed to do to make it work? Any advice is helpful. Thank you
