Slept like shit as usual. Stomach hurts as usual. Funk is dull as usual.

I think I'll go back to bed & try this all again in an hour...

Good morning

Damn, I'm tired this morning! First league basketball game last night and with only 6 guys I had to play pretty much the entire game

| I don't do "naps" but I might actually try to get one in as I didn't get home until 11:45 and was up at 5:30

Just working today as usual then trivia tonight.

Yea, hopefully Robert is okay and surviving the back issues!

's stomach seems to have stabilized, so maybe I don't have to get up and walk her every 2nd hour the next night.

I've been working with some backend stuff since morning while listening to my latest Motorpsycho bootleg :-)

Not sure what I'll do for the remaining hours, probably some music.

The back is fucked, left leg started going numb which was not good. Had family over on Saturday so struggled through that which only made things worse. At least I had BBQ

Finally saw my doctor yesterday. I have to do as little as possible which I sorted have been. Laying on my back was good but the stretching and planks were not at all. These normally help but I should have realized where the pain was coming from that this was not the usual issue. Have to reduce sitting to as little as possible and no more than a couple of hours in a day and no longer than 30 minutes at a time.

Anyhoo, I've gotta try getting some work done which goes much slower than sitting at the desk.

That's a real pain in the back, Robert. That happens to me once every few years. I get monthly cortisone shots in both knees and lower back both sides. That seems to help immensely. Still, feeling similar issues regularly. The every few years thing is dibilitating. Can barely move.

Yesteray, your today, was spent in business meetings and looking at new office locations. Met a partner at Hawaiian burger joint Aina Kua. It's weird listening to Hawaiian/US rock radio after not hearing it for a long time.

Today has been work and preparing a couple of miniature sets for video and photo shoots tonight.

Strangely enough the Doc has me get up every hour to lay flat on my stomach on the floor and for some reason this actually seems to help. This is the first time he has me doing this and I've seen him for 25 years.
