That's a real pain in the back, Robert. That happens to me once every few years. I get monthly cortisone shots in both knees and lower back both sides. That seems to help immensely. Still, feeling similar issues regularly. The every few years thing is dibilitating. Can barely move.
Yesteray, your today, was spent in business meetings and looking at new office locations. Met a partner at Hawaiian burger joint Aina Kua. It's weird listening to Hawaiian/US rock radio after not hearing it for a long time. Today has been work and preparing a couple of miniature sets for video and photo shoots tonight.
