Seeking Great Hosting Company

I'm thinking of moving from my current hosting company.

Too many problems one after another, although for the most part I would have left a long time ago if one of the owners hadn't been so nice & the price is right.

At this point I need more stability now, plus all the features I was getting b4 & much better tech support, as dealing with oversears tech support sucks.

Here is what I need:

. dedicated IP options
. stat program that I don't have to pay . for. Would love Urchin, but I know it's rare.
. Min. 25 domains
. Min. 100 mailboxes
. Min. 500+ Disk usage
. Min. 20 GB traffic
. Auto responders
. A panel - I'm used to HSphere, although I know CPanel is more popular
. Great tech support that gets back asap & knows & understands the English language.
