![]() About a month ago I started getting all kinds of really strange computer crashes. Normally my Mac goes years without a crash but all of a sudden started getting them multiple times each day. Looking in console the errors didn't seem to have a common cause. Even tried reinstalling my system. Removed all third party utilities, but nothing seemed to help.
Finally decided to open my laptop up to see if maybe the ram or something had gotten loose and found thick bunches of cat hair. Amazingly not one crash in over two weeks since removing all the hair from inside of my laptop. Just a day of work planned. Switching over to Dreamweaver has really slowed down my productivity as I'm working out a new workflow and updating all my templates. ![]() |

Happy Hump Day!
Not much going on here, just trying to find a new apartment for the family and it's a pain in the ass. My standards are too high coming from a huge house lol |

Good Day
![]() Nearly finished my trench digging today and it kicked my ass. Already taken pain meds and ice packs are on my back as I type. Yesterday I finally called the dentist and was able to go in. Damn, much worse than I thought it was going to be. Here is another real nice vacation trip, just when we thought we could possibly go northeast, I will have to skip but at least will be able to ![]() |

That is one of the reasons I could never live in the US. My dental treatment is subsidised, biggest bill I ever had was £50, about US$75, and the dentist apologised for it being so expensive! Hospital treatment is free. Meds you pay about the equivalent of US$12 per prescription regardless of however many pills are on it. I have multiple problems, and talking to someone on another board once, my med charge would be several hundred dollars a week in the US. At the point we were talking, I was making less per week than the US cost of my meds (I have several problems). And these are not pain killers or other medicine to make life bearable, these are meds that are keeping me alive. In short, if I lived in the US, I'd be dead by now! |

ecchi,
My father is in the same situation, fortunately for him he is classified as a disabled vet so his meds are roughly $400 a month vs $2000.' As for the dentist, I could of gone cheaper but the issues are in the smile zone so I went with someone I know does very good work and trust he will do it. I haven't aged all that well so the last thing I need is a fucked up smile ![]() |

In Breaking Bad a schoolteacher becomes a Meth drug lord in order to play for his cancer treatment.
Medical system in the US is totally fucked up. I have decent insurance yet I still owe around 45k in copays. |
