How's This For AWESOME Customer Service From A Credit Card Company!
A little before 5:00 PM yesterday, I got a call from Chase inquiring about a $5.88 charge that was attempted on my Southwest Airlines Visa at a hotel in West Virginia. Seeing as neither of us were currently in WV, I of course told them it was an unauthorized charge.
The rep on the phone told me they were going to cancel the cards & send us new ones via UPS. I figured that since it was late on Friday, we'd get the new ones on Monday. Well, as I was sitting here working on slinging porn, I saw someone walk to the front door, open it, throw in an envelope, close the door, then walk away. It was UPS with our new cards! 15 hours from the time they contacted me to the time I got the new cards  |
