Mod_rewrite for mirrors? how, help!!
Hi Everyone,
I've heard that you can use a subtle combination of PHP and Mod_Rewrite to dynamically create mirrors for freesites. How is this doen? can anyone point me to a good tutorial or give me any pointers. Do i have to do anything with .HTAccess? I can write a bit of PHP, but don't know how to begin with this one, so any help will be very gratefully recieved. Cheers Rayzor

Hi Swedguy,
Sorry for taking so long to pick up this thread again. To be honest i don't really know what the hell i'm trying to do with it. Someone on another thread suggested something to do with using rewrite modules and PHP so you can have 1 directory per site and then use URLs to manipulate which recips will be shown on the site. I can't get my brain to quantum leap past first base on this one. Can you suggest anything?
