Westcash/UkrainianCash email - anyone else get it?

Did anyone get an email from them asking you not to send any traffic to their sites for awhile? I thought I'd mention it here in case anyone is promoting them. Here's the email I received:

We have good news. We have launched a process of total reorganization of the partnership programs WestCash.com and UkrainianCash.com.

After this reorganization both programs will consolidate into one partnership program Westcash Version 2.0. We would like to gladden you with a new level of work, ratio, promo materials, free hosting, etc. We change the partnership program script for NATS. As you know it is the most widespread western partnership program script. We will provide new pay-sites, make redesign of the old ones, add promo materials and new types of promo materials, add new billings. Our free hosting will also be improved, it will be fully automated.

It will take us several weeks and in connection therewith we ask you not to send traffic to our pay-sites for a while, we will email you when the process is completed. We apologize for the caused inconvenience. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at support@westcash.com
