Recip Tables - SSI?

How do you organize and insert your recip tables? Do you use SSI?
I started to wonder since the Foxxxies Porn? thread; I have a bunch of free sites that I submitted to Foxxxies, and I have to go to each one and remove the recip. Is there an easier way of doing this?

If using SSI; every time you drop a LL and add a new one, do you create a new table? (If the one you dropped is still active, and you got listed, but for some reason you don't want to submit to any more.)
