Harry and todd,who were fond of feeding pigeons in the local park,watching passers bye,and enjoying their daily discussions.

this routene went on for three years.

Then one day todd failed to show in the park.

Harry figured Todd had the flu,and carried on feeding the pigeons.Day after day Todd failed to show in the park,7 days

passed and harry became concerned,but since he did not know todds address,he just carried on feeding the pigeons assuming

since todd was 78 years old ,he had seen the last of him.One day Harry returned to the park and there was todd,Harry shouting

out where have you been?Todd replied "i have been in jail for 45 days" "Wow what for asked harry" todd explained "remember

sally from the bird feed shop" "yes"replied harry " what does she have to do with your jail situation ?" "well one day she

sued me for raping her on the counter in the store,i recieved a court order to appear in court to voice my plea and when i

was in court i decided to plead guilty for the rape charge.The Judge said considering your age 78 and the fact you walked in

here with your walker, "i am senencing you to 45 days for perjury."
