Another "You know you may be using the wrong hosting company when.... "

Sent a question via the host's general help webform, got a reply which could be summarised as "Please log into the client area and use the help form there to get your answer". Tried to do so and found that neither the password I had chosen on signing up, nor the password they had sent me after signing up, actually worked on their client area. No problem, they had a "forgot password" link, which I clicked on.

I was sent back to the log in page. Apparently you cannot access the "forgot password" page without signing in. And to sign in, you need to type in your password!!!!!!!!!!
