My Beatles marathon continues, but I did remove the last few songs from Yellow Submarine & the song Revolution 9 from the playlist because, well, ya know

The polar vortex is here! Current temp is 2°F/-17°Canadian

NHL All-Star game is today & they have a special called GR8TNESS about Ovechkin on right before, so lots of hockey stuff today

We're in a much colder polar vortex here, -24F/-31C and -39 with the windchill

Working for a bit then off to play morning pickup basketball then home again for work off and on and we get the Grandon today too

No Polar Vortex here...it could reach 70F today

Still have a runny nose in fact I think I blew out 3lbs of snot yesterday, wtf.

Yesterday I sat behind my office desk for over 4 hours which is twice as long as I have in the past 4 months plus I played the drums again for about 15 minutes. Still some sensations in the leg but the back held up pretty good. Though this morning when I woke up it did hurt a little bit so I'll take it easy today. Either way I'm starting to feel closer to normal again so gotta make sure I don't do too much too soon.

Grunt work while reclined and watching tv on agenda for the weekend.
