Question about Softcore

I Dont think there is a perfectly clear line between hard and soft porn.
I would count masterbation with a toy as hardcore. Thats just how i see it.

I agree with UW's quotation from Mr Wiki Pedia and what Dollpix has written as well, but I did not always see it that way.

It was when 2257 reared its ugly head a few years back that I changed. Masturbation with or without toys is considered explicit. Because of that I now view it as hardcore, or at least non softcore. Please speak to your own lawyer in regards to 2257.

Unfortunately if your building and submitting that becomes a different issue, especially if that LL or ??? does not have a masturbation/sex toy category. Most owners that have taken submissions for years (Tommy, Cleo, Fonz) see it as softcore, which is understandable.

I always thought softcore was just a nude model or even if the model was using a dildo or masturbating, I would still think of that as softcore. Hardcore in my mind means penetration or two people fucking so the clear line I guess would be penetration. But I am not a porn scholar so this is just my opinion.
