Do most people search porn through image search (exp: upskirt) or click on a website shown in the search results?

I rarely search "Porn", but from the results I get in my stats, most people who come from search engines come from image searches not text searches.

According to Alexa, http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/www.google.com - 10% use Google Images. I would guess the traffic converts at least 10 times worse from images traffic, arguably a lot worse than that. At least, that's what I've found from adult traffic.

Check your own stats, don't believe Alexia without checking for yourself. 10% is nowhere near the real results I get (it varies a lot, but about half my SE results are image search, and about 70% of all Google searches are from Google images). I am guessing that the 10% refers to ALL searches, not just porn. If someone is looking for, for example, a movie review, they are unlikely to do a picture search, they will just type the movie title in the site search box - but if they want to see photos/videos of BBW fucked by midgets (for example) an image search is like a great big TGP gallery with no blind links!
