Happy Hump Day Wednesday aka I'm a bachelor for 5 days

Good morning and happy hump day.

Wife and daughter are off to Los Angeles this afternoon until Monday so I will be alone for a few days other than my grown son but he doesn't count lol. I don't know, this week feels like summertime because it's March break up here for Ontario school kids so no one seems to be working lol. The weather sucks balls though! March use to be a warm month, not so much the past couple of years.

Not working is my plan tomorrow. With March Madness starting at noon I'm going to meet a bunch of my basketball buddies downtown at noon for the start, there's usually 10-15 guys there boozing it up. I rarely join in but with the family away Ramster will play

Accountant just called & the amount we owe on our personal taxes is about 25% of what I thought it was gonna be. Not that we have the 100% put aside - or even the 25% - but I'll take it

Heard hammering outside, in the hall just now. Went out to see if the landlord had started the building work. Found two of my neighbours with two big bags of expensive whiskeys. They had just robbed a shop and the hammering was them trying to get the security tags off the bottles.

That is the kind of nice place I live in!
