I must agree with Mr. Blue

Do SE stuff on your hubs.

Yeah , lumpy gravy ...
You're quite right
But almost a half of all sales last month I got from those old freesites that do get a certain amount of SE traffic.
So it is not out of place to have some SE trafic on freesites.

Hi People

If I understood it well, the best is to have at least:

1. Some domain for only free sites submitted to ll.
2. Some domain for only galleries submitted to TGP.
3. Some domain for only AVS.
4. Some domain for a site maked thinking only in SE.

OK?

Waka-Jawaka, unfortunately there are some linklists who delete links after some time. So the profit for SE is only for short time period from these linklists. The only reason to submit to linklists like that is traffic.

I have no way of knowing if your hubs are bad neighborhoods?

Let me say just a few words inspite of I'm starting to get on the nerves.

You want it and you'll get it. One more long senseless disscusion regarding rules of yours LLs. The bottom line will have to be the same as in the thread regarding banned hosts and hiden rules.

It was absolutely clear from the very first post in this thread.

Surfn, he asked about SE:
May it affect to your domain if you have links to penalized sites?

I think that it doesn't affect, although you never know. You could do an experiments.

And I have small addition to the problem: you also put links to paysites on your freesite and some of these paysites can be penalized too.

You definitely get SE traffic from submitting to LL's. I just think there's better ways to get SE traffic than just freesites. I think if you wanted SE traffic from freesites there's a few things you could do. If I were to come up with a working theory on it and this is just speculation on my part, but:

1. I'd think submitting to fewer LL would eliminate the duplicate page penalty. I mean if you only had 1 page, 16 recips, and it wasn't duplicated...you'd definitely remove that penalty.
2. The 16 LL's with the highest PR, that will list you regularly, and that will keep you the longest.
3. Writing a shitload of sales text for spider food.
4. Interlinking all the pages with in the freesite and having it link back to your hub.
5. Using different templates for every submit - as the same template structure might come up as a duplicate page.

I don't think you'd get "penalized" for linking one site that might be getting a google penalty. I think if the domain was banned at google that might effect you more. So, just check if the domain is banned/blacklisted at google, if it isn't, I wouldn't overly think about it. Especially if you're submitting to a small list of LL's.

Right now I submit to 22 LL, I'm thinking of dropping down to 16 LL to see how that would play in the SE/PR/Serp thing

I just don't know. I was looking through some of my sites last night, on one my /1/ mirror was PR0 yet the /2/ thru /4/ were PR2 and the PR0 site had the highest PR receips and the site is listed at all but one LL so their not dead links. It just seems to be more of a crapshoot than anything. Regarding link trades I really don't believe my hub LL deserves a PR3, I've got a lot of hardlinks on it, but have not asked for trades yet because it's not ready so I know that most of the links listed there aren't recip links.

If anyone ever figures out the real formula, please let us all know.

As for google PR, for some time I consider it belongs mostly to the Public Relation stuff.
