As many of you know Nate & Myself are on the South Beach Diet (he's down 20lbs in a week and 3 days, Im down 12).

So i always have one day where I cheat

that day was Friday, today is Sunday.... I want a huge Bowl of Ice cream....

If I was going to cheat what Ice Cream flavor should I eat?

It's a diet similar to the Atkins diet, but Atkins is actually bad for you because of all the Saturated fats, where as this diet teaches you why certain things are better to eat than others.

Essence of a gay man.

I have no idea what the South beach diet is, but when I think of South Beach I just think of gay men since most of South beach has become gay.
