Download this AVS http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html (it is free) and scan your machine in "safe mode". You will find you have a Trojan that your current AVS is not picking up.
The question is .. is twintone right .. SaucyPanties? have you tried this advice?

NOT TRUE!
I had a very similar problem to Saucy Panties just two days before hers. I couldn't log in via my FTP software to upload files. I was about ready to go to bed but shot a support ticket off to Host Head and got a response within 10 minutes. They had already checked their end and said they were secure. They said I had uploaded "malicious html" and suggested three different anti-virus programs to use to find it. I used the free one. It found this: Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.FWR and was located here: C:\Program Files\Video ActiveX Object\uninst.exe. It deleted the Trojan, they re-set my password and I uploaded a clean index page. And yes, Norton didn't catch it. Norton's support person said Windows won't let them into certain files because they might get corrupted and not work(And some other double-talk bullshit that didn't make any sense)
This is one host I won't be leaving for a long time.

And that is exactly what Host Head did.

Hey Licker...two words man...'Dump Norton'.

It used to be pretty good, but these days it's a bloated piece of software that simply doesn't get the job done.

There are much better options out there, that should prevent these kinds of infections
