I just hate it when I get up this late. Seems hard to play catch up throughout the day. Heading out to play some tennis, then getting ready for another open house today. Got a few bites yesterday. No offers yet though.

Woke up last night soaking wet from night sweats and it seems the fever I've had from this Cold is gone. I almost feel normal again. Hopefully the worst of this is over.

It's raining so going to be doing indoor stuff like cleaning the house, doing web work, and vegging out on the couch.

Good Live On Mars Sunday

After a lovely OTB yesterday, I spent the next 5 hours down in The Pool House cleaning...but if you were to look at the before & after pics, you'd see very little change.

I have no idea what's on my agenda for today, but I do foresee a nap.

Makes me look forward to the return of the radio show someday.

Woke up early while it was dark and as it got a little lighter I noticed the streets have puddles and the sky is looking like the rain is on the way back. Still not very bright out. That nap thing sounds like a real possibility.

Wishing everyone a good last day of the weekend or first day of the week, depending on how you tell your calendars to organize themselves.

Good Morning everyone! We now have fast internet!

After almost 4 hours on and off hold yesterday, I got an "outside" line tech to the house, and sure enough the speed was fine to the house.

So he calls and gets on hold about 45 minutes, and finds out we had a hold on our account for some reason, they removed it, and now I'm averaging 4.5 - 5.5 MEGS/s!

This is like going from dialup to dsl as we were averaging around 600 kbs before.

So after a meeting I have to go chair, lots of work planned. I can even check stats remote while MadHatter is streaming a video, who knew you could do that? The fastest we've every had before was 3Megs, and that was over 4 years ago, so we are very happy.
