Your morning thread beat mine by 2 minutes, so I'll go delete mine.
 I just hate it when I get up this late. Seems hard to play catch up throughout the day. Heading out to play some tennis, then getting ready for another open house today. Got a few bites yesterday. No offers yet though. Enjoy your day everyone.
