There are two things to worry about:

1. the agreement is a contract between you and the content provider. It allows you to use the content.

2. the model release. it is the document that prooves that the model has been of legal age when producing the content and so on.

You can send an own licence agreement to your content provider, but you canīt replace the model release with own written documents.

if you can proove that you have paid for the content, the licence agreement neednīt be a written document. But of course itīs much more safe to have a written agreement.
