First off - one of my favorite sites has always been a British site called The Garbage Dump http://www.garbage.co.uk/

Second - you are partially correct on the hubs - I guess my favorite term has always been the "trap" - basically if you can imagine a little web of "entry pages" that are niche specific - and use those as your links off of free sites to find out if the surfer really is interested in midget tranny femdoms - or if maybe they are interested in "something else" - which you present a list of after you really hype the best damn tranny midget femdom site out there - then you can send that same surfer into your web of sites (the central hub) to find their real fixation that will grab that CC out of their wallet and they will be begging you to sell to them

So a good way to visualize this would be a central listing of your sites, hosted free sites etc with branches off to satellite pages that are niche specific - each with its own "moons circling" that are even more specific within that niche

And yes the whole idea is to give them enough options that they dont need to go anywhere else - if by the time you figure out - through the mazes of your sites - that they arent gonna buy anything - then you now have a surfer to send off in trade to a toplist or other way of getting you some return traffic in trade
