Bill is right on the money with the js links. Google claims they can read them now anyways so it's a lot of work for nothing.

I've been using php redirects on my other search engine sites with no ill effects so far.

It looks like Google is picking up the JS code that the spammers have been using that inserts links into pages. Might want to stay away from JS linking.

I send everything through PHP redirects to sponsors. Hint: Might want to add a default code in case somebody calls it directly.
