I think it was Ian Fleming's James Bond vs "Dr. No"
That was in 1963. I was eight and my father took me to see it. I may have seen other kiddie movies before that one (Santa Claus Conquers the Martians?), but I can't remember anything about them. Maybe 'cause Ursula Andress wasn't in any of those other movies.
