My truck got hit last night

Only the cop said I would probably be partly responsible. The person that hit me had her insurance agent (sister) with her. She told me the cop was just wrong. This was the same cop that gave me a Breathalyzer test after I was assaulted

My lawyer begged me to sue the village for that. But, I have to live here. If it were something worse than the test, I probably would do it.
